Shipping & Returns
We want you to be happy. We are happy to exchange within 7 days if you change your mind (ie prefer a blue hammock over a green one).
If any product is damaged in transit please let us know asap so we can arrange free return of damaged product and quick delivery of a new one at our cost.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, freight cost must be confirmed as this will vary depending on the country. Also, there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Hammock stands for instance, can only be shipped within Australia but a quotation will be necessary as final cost depends on postcode.
NOTE: Products ordered in the USA/Canada may be shipped directly from the artisans. It may take a little longer as they will make it from scratch (if not in stock). Again, freight cost will be quoted and confirmed before proceeding with the order.
We usually use Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number as soon as it has left our warehouse.
Occasionally we may use another courier such as Fastways.
How much will postage cost?
Freight charges are dependent on weight and size of box sent for your order, however as a guide freight in Australia will be as per below regardless of what state it is sent to:
<1KG Parcel = $10.00
<3KG Parcel = $15.00
5KG to 20KG Parcel = $20.00 to $45 depending on actual dimensions (e.g. a hammock stand will be around $45 due to its size and weight)
Upon checkout, the system will workout the final shipping cost. If you think it is too high, please do not hesitate to send us a note so we can check it and give you the most fair price we can.
